Luis walks the space in person. He looks at the structure, notes conditions that affect cost or schedule, and asks the questions that prevent surprises later.
Step 3
You receive a written breakdown of scope, materials, and timeline. If something is unclear, Luis explains it line by line before anything is signed.
Step 4
The Jubela crew works the job through to completion. Luis does a final walkthrough with you before considering the project closed. If something is not right, it gets fixed.

Luis Efrain Padilla founded Jubela LLC with one standard: finish every project the way you would finish your own home. Based in Dover, NJ, Jubela handles residential remodels, home additions, commercial fit-outs, structural carpentry, insulation, and soundproofing across Morris County and the surrounding region.
Luis runs each job personally. He walks the site, reads the structure, and tells clients exactly what the work involves before a contract is signed. No subcontracting surprises. The same crew that estimates the job builds it.
